Spend your days by the private saltwater pool, relax in the hot tub, gather for meals indoors or out, enjoy the lush green lawn, settle in for a movie by the fireplace, or escape to the Garden Studio for a little quiet time.
With 3 traditional bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, three separate living areas, three dedicated workstations, multiple patios, and plenty of room to gather or spread out, the home works especially well for families, friends, golf trips, Spring Training stays, and groups mixing a little work with vacation.
SLEEPING & PRIVATE SPACES
The home has 3 traditional bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, all with quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, and fresh linens.
For additional sleeping flexibility, the home also provides:

The Garden Studio also includes a comfortable lounging sofa and provides another separate space away from the main house.
POOL, HOT TUB & OUTDOOR LIVING
The private, securely enclosed backyard is at the heart of Cottage Oasis. Enjoy the saltwater swimming pool with Baja shelf, Isla Margarita Elite hot tub, real green grass, lounge seating, multiple patios, outdoor dining, and a large rotisserie BBQ.
Traveling with your dog? A doggy door provides convenient access from the home to the secure backyard and real grassy lawn—an especially nice feature for guests vacationing with their pups.
Whether you're having morning coffee outside, spending the afternoon in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling dinner together, or winding down under the Arizona sky, there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy.
Depending on the season, you may even find fresh citrus growing on the property.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee, no additional charge for the Hot Tub.
THREE LIVING AREAS
Cottage Oasis offers three distinct living areas, giving families and groups room to spend time together while still having space for different activities.
The Family Room is the main gathering space, with a large Smart TV and instant-on fireplace—perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale.
The Front Living Room offers a quieter setting for conversation, reading, board games, or simply unwinding. A reading and desk corner creates another comfortable place to spend some quiet time.
The separate Garden Studio serves as the home's third living area and gives guests a space completely apart from the main house.
THE GARDEN STUDIO
One of the most unique features of Cottage Oasis is our separate Garden Studio—our grown-up version of a "She Shed."
Tucked into the backyard, this charming retreat includes a comfortable lounging sofa, 42" HDTV, and its own desk/workstation.
Watch a favorite show, curl up with a book, take an afternoon nap, get a little work done, or simply enjoy having a peaceful space away from the activity in the main house.
It's an unexpected extra that gives Cottage Oasis much of its charm and personality.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out, snacks for a pool day, or dinner for the whole group.
You'll find cookware, dishes, and everyday kitchen essentials, with comfortable spaces for dining and gathering.
Prefer cooking outdoors? Fire up the large rotisserie BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio.
WORK + CONNECTIVITY
For guests mixing a little work with vacation, Cottage Oasis offers three separate desk/workstations:
• Front Living Room reading/desk corner
• Family Room workstation
• Garden Studio workstation
With workspaces spread across three different areas of the property and high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple guests can stay connected without everyone competing for the same workspace.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, holidays, local events and day of week. Premium rates and minimum-stay requirements may apply during Spring Training, the WM Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson and other high-demand Scottsdale events. Optional pool heating is available for an additional daily fee based on season and outdoor temperatures, with a 2-night minimum. The private hot tub is heated and included at no additional charge. Dog-friendly with prior approval. Applicable pet fees apply. All rates, fees and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
About the Owner
We’re Maryann and Ralph Wolf, the owners behind Wolf Retreats. What started with one vacation home has grown—somewhat unexpectedly!—into a collection of four distinctive Arizona properties that we personally own and operate. We didn’t originally set out to build a vacation rental business. Along the way, we discovered that we genuinely enjoy creating homes where people can gather, relax and make memories. Maryann brings a background in healthcare technology and a love of design, details and the guest experience, while Ralph is the hands-on half of the team, helping manage, maintain and continually improve our properties. One home led to another as we learned what guests value and kept asking ourselves, “What could we do to make this even better?” Our collection grew to include our Tempe home, two Scottsdale homes—Cottage Oasis and Pool House—and most recently, our mountain retreat in Flagstaff. Together, they became Wolf Retreats. Each home has its own personality and experience. We don’t believe in creating cookie-cutter vacation rentals. Instead, we work to make each property fit its setting while providing the comfort, thoughtful amenities and little extras we would want when traveling ourselves. Double Retreat came about in a particularly unusual way: Cottage Oasis and Pool House are located in Scottsdale, directly across the street from one another. Offering them together allows larger families and groups to vacation together while still enjoying the space and privacy of two complete homes. Although our portfolio has grown, our approach hasn’t changed. These aren’t anonymous properties managed from afar. We remain personally involved in our homes and are always adding, improving and fine-tuning.
