This beautifully remodeled Scottsdale home gives families and groups plenty of room to enjoy their vacation together. Spend your days by the private pool, gather for meals indoors or out, settle in for a movie or game night, or find your own space to relax.
With 3 traditional bedrooms, flexible additional sleeping spaces, two separate living areas, a large grassy backyard, and multiple outdoor gathering areas, the home works especially well for families, friends, golf trips, and Spring Training stays.
SLEEPING & PRIVATE SPACES
The home has 3 traditional bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Queen beds, all with quality mattresses, comfortable bedding, and fresh linens.
For additional sleeping flexibility, the home also provides:
• Queen air mattress
• Twin rollaway bed
• Twin-size fold-out sleeper ottoman
• Couch sleeping option
• Pack ’n Play for infants and toddlers
For groups wanting additional privacy, the finished utility room is approximately bedroom-sized and includes a door, windows, cabinetry, desk, and hooks. It can be used with one of the portable beds to create an additional private sleeping area.
The Media Room offers additional sleeping flexibility with a twin-size sleeper ottoman and a privacy screen. Two powered recliners also recline nearly flat and can provide additional sleeping spots.
Depending on your group’s preferred configuration, up to 5 private sleeping areas can be created.
Please note that the home has 3 traditional bedrooms. The additional private sleeping areas are flexible spaces rather than additional bedrooms.
POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING
The private, block-walled backyard is made for Scottsdale days and evenings. Enjoy the swimming pool, lush green lawn, shaded patio, lounge seating, outdoor dining, BBQ, pool basketball, and pool toys and floats.
Traveling with your dog? A doggy door provides convenient access to the secure backyard.
Whether you're having morning coffee outside, spending an afternoon by the pool, or grilling dinner together, the backyard gives your group another place to relax, play, and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.
TWO LIVING AREAS
The home has two separate living areas, giving families and groups room to gather together or enjoy different activities at the same time.
One of these spaces is the dedicated Media Room, featuring a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, Xbox One Digital, and dual powered recliners—perfect for movie nights, gaming, game days, or simply giving different generations their own place to relax.
Guests can sign in to their own Xbox account to access compatible digital games and entertainment.
KITCHEN & COFFEE CORNER
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out, snacks for a pool day, or dinner for the whole group.
You'll find Calphalon cookware, a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, dishes, spices, and everyday kitchen essentials.
Coffee lovers have both a Keurig single-serve coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker, along with a starter supply of K-Cups.
Three dining areas—indoor dining room, kitchen breakfast island, and outdoor dining—give your group plenty of options for eating together.
Prefer cooking outdoors? Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio.
WORK + CONNECTIVITY
For guests mixing a little work with vacation, the home offers two dedicated desk workspaces along with fast 1 Gig fiber Wi-Fi.
Three Smart TVs are located in the Media Room, living room, and primary bedroom, with Hulu + Live TV and Netflix provided.
LOCATION
Enjoy the best of both worlds—a quiet residential street approximately 1 mile from Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square, with easy access to restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.
Uber and other rideshare services make getting around easy, and convenient access to the 101 makes it simple to explore Scottsdale and the Valley. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is also readily accessible.
Spring Training fans will love the location. San Francisco Giants' Scottsdale Stadium is within walking distance, with the Rockies, Diamondbacks, and Athletics Spring Training complexes also nearby.
Scottsdale is one of the country's premier golf destinations. Continental Golf Club is approximately 1 mile away, with numerous other public, resort, and championship courses within easy driving distance.
Chaparral Lake and Park and the Scottsdale Greenbelt are nearby for walking, biking, jogging, and outdoor recreation. Talking Stick, Topgolf, pickleball, OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, hiking, and many other Scottsdale attractions are also within easy reach.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, holidays, local events, Spring Training, and length of stay. Rates shown are for the dates and occupancy selected and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Optional pool heating is available for an additional $25–$65 per day, depending on season, outdoor temperatures, and requested water temperature. A 2-day minimum applies, and at least 24 hours’ advance notice is requested. Up to 3 dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 pet fee per stay applies, regardless of the number of approved dogs. Additional taxes, cleaning fees, and other applicable booking charges are displayed during the reservation process.
About the Owner
We’re Maryann and Ralph Wolf, the owners behind Wolf Retreats. What started with one vacation home has grown—somewhat unexpectedly!—into a collection of four distinctive Arizona properties that we personally own and operate. We didn’t originally set out to build a vacation rental business. Along the way, we discovered that we genuinely enjoy creating homes where people can gather, relax and make memories. Maryann brings a background in healthcare technology and a love of design, details and the guest experience, while Ralph is the hands-on half of the team, helping manage, maintain and continually improve our properties. One home led to another as we learned what guests value and kept asking ourselves, “What could we do to make this even better?” Our collection grew to include our Tempe home, two Scottsdale homes—Cottage Oasis and Pool House—and most recently, our mountain retreat in Flagstaff. Together, they became Wolf Retreats. Each home has its own personality and experience. We don’t believe in creating cookie-cutter vacation rentals. Instead, we work to make each property fit its setting while providing the comfort, thoughtful amenities and little extras we would want when traveling ourselves. Double Retreat came about in a particularly unusual way: Cottage Oasis and Pool House are located in Scottsdale, directly across the street from one another. Offering them together allows larger families and groups to vacation together while still enjoying the space and privacy of two complete homes. Although our portfolio has grown, our approach hasn’t changed. These aren’t anonymous properties managed from afar. We remain personally involved in our homes and are always adding, improving and fine-tuning.
