THE WOLF DEN
This is where Pecos Lane gets its playful side. The oversized Wolf Den features a huge 86" 4K Smart TV and PlayStation—perfect for movie nights, sports, gaming or giving part of the group their own place to hang out.
POOL + OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to your private play pool and sunny Scottsdale backyard. Lounge poolside, enjoy a game of cornhole or settle into the covered patio to watch the outdoor TV.
When it's time to eat, fire up the built-in gas BBQ and enjoy dinner outside. Pool towels, loungers and pool toys are provided. Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee.
GOURMET KITCHEN
The bright, spacious kitchen is made for gathering, with upgraded appliances and plenty of room to prepare everything from breakfast before a day in Old Town to dinner at home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and the essentials you'll need during your stay.
3 BEDROOMS + FLEXIBLE SLEEPING
Pecos Lane has three comfortable bedrooms, but the sleeping flexibility doesn't stop there.
A Twin rollaway and Queen air mattress are available and can be set up where they work best for your group. The primary bedroom has an unusually large attached walk-in closet—nearly the size of a bedroom itself—with its own window and barn door. It's a convenient option for setting up either the Twin rollaway or Queen air mattress when your group would like an additional private sleeping space.
The oversized sectional in the Wolf Den can also comfortably sleep up to 2 guests, giving families and groups even more flexibility to spread out.
Whether you're traveling with kids, teens, grandparents or friends, you can arrange the extra sleeping spaces in the way that works best for your group.
Fresh linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels are provided.
ENTERTAINMENT + WIFI
Three large 4K Smart TVs—including 86", 65" and 55" screens—give everyone plenty of options. Enjoy 1 Gig high-speed Wi-Fi along with Hulu Sports/Live TV, Netflix and streaming capabilities.
MINUTES TO OLD TOWN
One of the best things about Pecos Lane is the location. Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, restaurants, nightlife, galleries and shopping are just minutes away.
Spring Training fans also have easy access to Cactus League baseball throughout Scottsdale and the Valley.
Spend the morning exploring, come home for an afternoon by the pool, BBQ on the patio and end the night in the Wolf Den.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
Rates vary based on season, holidays, local events, length of stay and demand. Optional pool heat is available for $25–$65 per day, depending on the season and outdoor temperatures, with a 2-day minimum. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance. Up to 3 approved dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee per stay. Applicable taxes, cleaning fees and other booking fees are additional. Rates and minimum-night requirements may be higher during holidays, Spring Training and other high-demand periods.
About the Owner
We’re Maryann and Ralph Wolf, the owners behind Wolf Retreats. What started with one vacation home has grown—somewhat unexpectedly!—into a collection of four distinctive Arizona properties that we personally own and operate. We didn’t originally set out to build a vacation rental business. Along the way, we discovered that we genuinely enjoy creating homes where people can gather, relax and make memories. Maryann brings a background in healthcare technology and a love of design, details and the guest experience, while Ralph is the hands-on half of the team, helping manage, maintain and continually improve our properties. One home led to another as we learned what guests value and kept asking ourselves, “What could we do to make this even better?” Our collection grew to include our Tempe home, two Scottsdale homes—Cottage Oasis and Pool House—and most recently, our mountain retreat in Flagstaff. Together, they became Wolf Retreats. Each home has its own personality and experience. We don’t believe in creating cookie-cutter vacation rentals. Instead, we work to make each property fit its setting while providing the comfort, thoughtful amenities and little extras we would want when traveling ourselves. Double Retreat came about in a particularly unusual way: Cottage Oasis and Pool House are located in Scottsdale, directly across the street from one another. Offering them together allows larger families and groups to vacation together while still enjoying the space and privacy of two complete homes. Although our portfolio has grown, our approach hasn’t changed. These aren’t anonymous properties managed from afar. We remain personally involved in our homes and are always adding, improving and fine-tuning.
