Welcome to Double Retreat Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats, bringing together Cottage Oasis and Pool House—two beautifully appointed, full-size homes directly across the street from one another.

Together, you’ll have more than 4,400 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 private pools, a 72-jet hot tub, five living and gathering spaces, private grassy backyards and multiple patios.

The real luxury is flexibility. Gather everyone at one house for meals, games and pool time, then spread out between two complete homes when you want a little privacy. It’s an ideal setup for extended families, multi-generational trips, couples traveling together and groups of friends.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 16+ GUESTS

With two complete homes, Double Retreat offers flexible sleeping arrangements for groups of 16+:

• 2 Primary Suites – Each with a King bed
• 4 Guest Bedrooms – Each with a Queen bed
• Garden Studio – Separate backyard retreat with mini-split A/C & heat, Smart TV, workspace and additional sleeping option
• Finished Utility Room – Private room with a door that can accommodate a Queen air mattress or Twin rollaway
• Media Room – Twin sleeper ottoman
• Additional Sleeping Options – Queen air mattress, Twin rollaway and comfortable sofas provide added flexibility
• Pack ’n Play available for little ones

Linens, pillows and bedding are provided for designated supplemental sleeping options.

Bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces are spread between both homes, giving larger groups something a single house often can’t: room to stay together without feeling crowded.

TWO PRIVATE POOLS + 72-JET HOT TUB

Why have one backyard retreat when your group can enjoy two?

Cottage Oasis features a beautiful saltwater pool with a Baja shelf and water loungers, plus a 72-jet hot tub that is maintained for year-round enjoyment.

Directly across the street, Pool House offers another private pool with shallow and deep areas, along with a large grassy backyard made for relaxing and playing.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice. Both homes also provide poolside seating, beach towels and outdoor spaces for soaking up the Scottsdale sunshine.

FIVE SPACES TO GATHER—OR SPREAD OUT

One of the biggest advantages of Double Retreat is having choices.

Cottage Oasis offers three distinct living areas: a Family Room with a 75" Smart TV and fireplace, a comfortable Front Living Room for conversation, reading and games, and the separate Garden Studio.

Pool House adds two more gathering spaces: a dedicated Media Room with a 55" 4K Smart TV, Xbox and dual-reclining media sofa, plus a second living room with another 55" Smart TV.

Everyone can gather for movie night—or kids can play games in one house while adults visit in the other. Someone can work or read quietly while everyone else enjoys the pool.

TWO FULLY EQUIPPED HOMES

These are two complete homes designed for real living—not simply extra bedrooms.

You’ll have two well-equipped kitchens, dining and entertaining spaces, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs, dedicated workspaces and full-size laundry facilities.

Both kitchens include quality cookware, coffee makers, microwaves, blenders, dishwashers and everyday essentials. Cottage Oasis also includes a Vitamix and crockpot.

For a group of 16+, the convenience of two kitchens, two refrigerators and two laundry areas can make a big difference.

OUTDOOR LIVING × 2

Your group can enjoy multiple patios, two private enclosed backyards with real grass, BBQs, outdoor dining and lounge areas.

Start the morning with coffee outside, choose a pool for the afternoon, gather for dinner on the patio, or finish the evening relaxing in the hot tub.

Both homes also have secure grassy yards and doggy doors, making Double Retreat especially convenient for approved canine guests.

Double Retreat is tucked into an established residential neighborhood close to the best of Scottsdale.

Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Scottsdale Greenbelt, Chaparral Park and Lake, golf, hiking, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are all within easy reach. You’ll also have convenient access to Talking Stick attractions, Spring Training and the Loop 101 for exploring Scottsdale and the greater Valley.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Rates vary by season, holidays, local events, length of stay and demand. Rates shown are for the exclusive use of both Cottage Oasis and Pool House as one reservation. Optional pool heating is available for $25–$65 per pool, per day, depending on season, outdoor temperatures and requested temperature. A 2-day minimum applies, and at least 24 hours’ advance notice is required. Heating both pools requires a separate heating charge for each pool. The 72-jet hot tub at Cottage Oasis is kept hot and does not require an additional heating fee. Up to 3 approved dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee per stay. Applicable taxes, cleaning fees and other charges are shown during the booking process.
